This website, theherocodetalk.com, is operated by Clarissa M. Rodriguez ("I," "me," or "my"). This policy explains what information this site collects and how it is used.

Information you provide. If you submit the inquiry form on this site, I collect the information you enter, which may include your name, role or title, school or organization, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. I use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations about The Hero Code workshop, and communicate with you about bringing the program to your school or organization.

Information collected automatically. This site is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type in its server logs as part of operating the hosting service. This site does not use advertising trackers, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Form processing. Inquiry form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms and delivered to me by email. Netlify's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How long I keep information. I keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and for reasonable business recordkeeping afterward.

Children's privacy. The Hero Code is a workshop for young people, but this website is directed to the adults who book it: educators, administrators, and program leaders. This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact me and I will delete it.

Your choices. You can request that I correct or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing me at clarissarod.esq@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
